alan chan: Alan Chan Hwee Khiong first attained his Certficate In Residential Design in 1998. But not until later, he found his love to go 'hands-on' with sculpting and never looked back. Thereafter he has been a Freelance sculptor at miniature Alliance. Projects include human and animal features which were sold in Europe. Also freelance model making at Genesis Casting for SAF projects, which consists tankers, jeeps, planes and other vehicles.
